The night of Ash Wednesday in Sorbas they hurl pots at the homes of those that have had disputes during the year or that are easily irritated. Its Holy week or the approach to Sorbas is no less exciting. But for thrills they don’t match the natural scenery
of Karsts de Yeso, whose caves you can explore with guides
and be enthralled by the columns, coral, stalactites and
stalagmites of crystalline gypsum that cast a white gleam
in the darkness. The most interesting caves are the agua
eight kilometres long and the covedura, 120 metres deep.
Karsts de Yeso is without a doubt a superb site for the
