Holy Week Museum (Museo de la Semana
Santa)
Opening hours:
Monday to Saturday from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00.
Sundays and public holidays from 10:00 to 14:00. Closed on Mondays.
In this cultural centre you can admire the majority of the floats
that parade through Zamora during Easter. Some of these floats
are of great value, such as those by Ramón Álvarez
(Zamora), Mariano Benlliure and Ruiz de Zumeta. The vestments
of the brotherhoods are also exhibited.
The entrance fee is € 1.8
Provincial Museum of Zamora
Opening hours:
From Tuesday to Saturday, from 10:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 19:00.
Closed on Mondays.
The building divides its works in two well-differentiated sections:
Fine Art and Archaeology. The first exhibits sculptures and paintings
from the 14th to the 20th century. The second shows the evolution
of the province from prehistory to today.
