Gastronomy
Traditional Aragonese cookery, in which the quality of the raw materials takes precedence over the sophistication of the dishes. A variety of vegetables, oil from Empeltre, excellent lamb, sausages, salted meats - above all ham with the Teruel Denomination of Origin - and a diversity of fruits, like peaches from Calanda, are excellent culinary references.
