Normally: Tuesday to Friday from 16:00 to 19:00; weekends and public holidays from 10:30 to 14:00 and from 16:30 to 19:30.
Summer: Monday to Sunday, from 10:30 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00.
One of the most emblematic Romanesque buildings in Palencia.which
dates from the 13th century. The church of the monastery has three
naves with three apses out of which two are preserved. The cloister,
representing the transition to Gothic art, has a series of arches
with columns decorated with capitals. Noteworthy on the exterior
is the big typha and a main front with three splayed archivolts
on pairs of bent columns. Today the monastery house the Romanesque
Study Centre.
