LOCATION: Comarca de Axarquía. Frigiliana- Sierra Almijara- Competa
TIME: Five hours.
DESCRIPTION

This route leads to the Sierra de Almijara, reaching a height of 2000 m.
We shall leave Frigiliana along a track situated north of the town wich makes its wayto the mountains, towards the Pico de Navachica, 1832 m. high. The track crosses the Fuerte hillock, leaving the Lucero, 1771 m. high, on the right.
After crossing river Torrox, a track to the left makes its way down to Competa. The walking tour at this point has a wonderful perspective of the Axarquia area, the Mediterranean sea and villages among the mountains
